Where We Ship From

Australia & New Zealand

All Australian and New Zealand orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse, operated by our third-party logistics partner, Future Fulfilment.

International Orders

International orders are fulfilled from our Shanghai warehouse, also operated by Future Fulfilment, and shipped directly to your location.

This dual-warehouse model allows us to reduce transit times and unnecessary handling.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are indicative only.

Australia: generally 3–7 business days after dispatch

New Zealand: generally 5–10 business days after dispatch

International: delivery times vary by destination and shipping method

Delays may occur due to customs processing, peak periods or factors outside our control.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by your local authority. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, your full order will ship once the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse. We are unable to split shipments across multiple dispatches.
