Change of Mind & Sizing Exchanges
We offer size exchanges only for change-of-mind returns.
You may request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
Items may only be exchanged once.
Replacement sizes are subject to availability. Items are not reserved until your return has been received and processed. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet acceptable quality standards.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@noht.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear supporting photos
We will assess the issue promptly and resolve it in line with your consumer rights.
What We Don’t Accept
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items returned outside the stated timeframes
- Sale items (unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law)
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.
Processing Time
Once your return or exchange is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
