All duties and taxes are paid by us. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Nothing to settle on delivery, and no surprise charges from your local authority.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm (AEST, business days) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that go out the next business day.

Delays can occur through customs, peak periods or other things outside our control. If your order has not arrived when you expected it, email us and we will chase it.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. You can also follow it on our order tracking page, or by signing in to your account.
My tracking has not updated. What does that mean?
Your tracking may show little for the first few days while your items are packed, then update all at once. That is normal and it does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Returns
Free returns, within 14 days of delivery, anywhere in the world. We cover the shipping. This is a new material. You should feel it on skin before you decide.
- Sign in to your account and open your order.
- Select the item, and choose return.
- We email you a prepaid label to print. Attach it to your parcel and post it back.
- Refunds are processed within five business days of your return arriving with us, to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same process. Once your return arrives and is approved, its value is credited to your account, with free shipping on your next order. Sign in and order whatever you like.
Return conditions
- The 14 days start from the day your order arrives, not the day you place it.
- Items need to be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Trying it on at home is expected. Wearing it to train is not.
- Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping, regardless of the 14 day window.
Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Fits true to size to slightly more snug. If you're between sizes, size up for comfort. There's plenty of stretch and compression to feel supported a size up. If you are unsure about sizing, start with the size guide, or send us a message through our contact form.
